🧭 About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand and partner marketing initiatives across Europe. You’ll craft campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and play a key role in expanding Enarxis’ presence across retail and distribution verticals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (B2B + B2C).
  • Manage campaign planning for product launches, seasonal activations, and trade events.
  • Work closely with brand partners to co-develop go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee content, digital, email, and retail marketing efforts.
  • Track performance KPIs and report on ROI, engagement, and channel growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align messaging with operations.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketers and creative freelancers.

🧩 What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and B2B communications.
  • Proficiency in campaign planning, digital tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
