🧭 About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand and partner marketing initiatives across Europe. You’ll craft campaigns, manage cross-functional teams, and play a key role in expanding Enarxis’ presence across retail and distribution verticals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies (B2B + B2C).
- Manage campaign planning for product launches, seasonal activations, and trade events.
- Work closely with brand partners to co-develop go-to-market initiatives.
- Oversee content, digital, email, and retail marketing efforts.
- Track performance KPIs and report on ROI, engagement, and channel growth.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align messaging with operations.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketers and creative freelancers.
🧩 What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail, distribution, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of brand development and B2B communications.
- Proficiency in campaign planning, digital tools, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
